Nasal breathing prevents from dangerous pathogens
The natural breathing through the nose ensures protection against pathogenic intruders. A large part of the attacking viruses, bacteria and other pathogens are already filtered out and rendered harmless in the nose. Mouth breathing is comparatively dangerous. It allows disease-causing viruses and bacteria unhindered access to the respiratory organs.
