Do I have to follow the instructions exactly when practicing?

Muss ich mich beim Üben genau an die Anleitung halten? Ich befürchte, dass ich das Training auf die Dauer nicht durchhalte. Oder reicht es, wenn ich den FaceFormer nur nachts einsetze, um meine Probleme zu beseitigen?

Follow the exercise instructions carefully and remember that every successful therapy requires your help. Incorrect postures and movements can only be corrected through exercises in such a way that good and stable results are achieved.

The therapy is very successful and you will see results after a short time if you carry out the exercises consistently.
