Do I need therapeutic guidance for the FaceFormer® Training?
Question
I read on your homepage that there are specially trained therapists for FaceFormer therapy. Is it possible to carry out the exercises correctly and without negative side effects using the instructions on the DVD?
Answer
Normally, you can carry out FaceFormer training on your own, for example if you have problems with snoring. The exercises are deliberately kept simple and are described in easy-to-understand terms in the instruction booklet supplied. The videos on the DVD provide additional, illustrative support and are particularly helpful in ensuring that the exercises are performed at the correct times in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening. There are practically no side effects. Occasionally, some users report irritation of the lips or gums or a feeling of pressure on the teeth in the early stages of training. However, these are usually temporary phenomena.
