My results so far:

Overall, I swallow more consciously and with a more pleasant feeling. In the beginning, I felt that my tongue was too far back when I swallowed or that I was swallowing with it, which I understand as a sensation caused by the incorrect function beforehand. Now it feels completely natural to swallow from the front to the back of the palate using the whole tongue. Sometimes I also have a swallowing blockage during training and then I can’t finish swallowing and usually have to start the swallow again.

The teeth clenching (also during the day) has gradually improved and has now disappeared completely. The training has also made me more aware of the strong clenching of my teeth, so that I notice it and consciously release it.

It was completely new to me that the lower jaw has its normal loose and relaxed position under the upper jaw without permanently biting down. However, it is much more comfortable this way and I make sure to maintain the normal position and not bite down permanently.

At the same time, I have also noticed that my tongue is often still loose and slack between my teeth. I have come to understand that the tongue eventually builds up the right tension and remains permanently behind the teeth.

It was completely new to me that the lower jaw has its normal position loose and relaxed under the upper jaw without biting down permanently. However, it is much more comfortable this way and I make sure to maintain the normal position and not bite down permanently.

My relatively asymmetrical lip movements when speaking have also become much more even.

My cheekbones have become more prominent.

The areas under the corners of my mouth already look much livelier. I am confident that there will also be a tightening of the lower cheeks so that the transition from chin to cheeks will also look more harmonious. But something has already happened here too.

I also wear the FaceFormer Zero every night. It’s simply very comfortable and it’s still in my mouth every morning.

I’m looking forward to further training and I’m excited to see the improvements.

It was only when it came to implementation that I had this blockage and the conversation we had together really helped me a lot because I then no longer felt alone with it and was also very motivated by your explanations. I knew that it wouldn’t happen overnight, but the conversation gave me trust in the process and confidence, which wasn’t a problem with the FaceFormer, but an emotional one. Thank you for taking the time to discuss issues with the trainees personally. That helped a lot.
